If you’ve taken some painkillers and it’s not helped I’d definitely contact your midwife. Better to be safe than sorry

@Yasmin I took Tylenol at 7am, and no help. I think it’s time to try to talk to my OB, but my Ob doctors last day was last week. And I haven’t seen my new one yet. Not sure how to go about the situation.

I had that as well but it was my constipation for like 5h and then I finally was able to go to the bathroom! I was so worried cause it felt like contractions. Call anyway to ease your mind

I had really bad cramps during my first trimester and some spotting... got baby scanned and was normal! I was given some good pain killers to help.
