9 - 12 month review

When do they offer this? Or send out a questionnaire? Haven’t received mine yet or heard anything at all. Anyone else in the same boat?

They will send you the letter in post for when it is, along with the questionnaire. You can try phone up your local health visitor team, but it can be, I got the letter sent just over a week before the appointment and it was for when she was nearly turning 10 months x

I got mine only the other week and his appointment is scheduled for when he’s 10 1/2 months old

I got the letter a week before the appointment. The appointment was near the 9th month.

I never got a letter or a questionnaire I got a phone call asking to arrange it and mine was the day they were 9 months they wanted to do it before she was 9 months but I was unable to do so.
