Sore and tender

Anyone else feel like their lady parts are really tender and a little swollen. Ive had my husband check and he said it looks fine. I know baby is head down and last week when I went for my growth scan the sonographer went down near enough to my public bone to find the top of babies head. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this too and what can help reduce the swelling and sore sensation.
