What's your favourite way to look after your mental health?

As it can be hard to find time for yourself when you're a Mum. I like to relax and do jigsaws whilst I eat my breakfast or lunch with a coffee and listen to a YouTube video / podcast at the same time. I like exercise Walks Seeing family and friends Bubble baths I'm looking for other things I can do to incorporate. What do you find helps your anxiety etc? I'd like to come off my medication one day with success so I'm just looking for new ideas as to what other helpful habits I can start incorporating into my life.

Lemon balm tea, walks, swimming, seeing friends or my husband, reading/audiobook, yoga nidra/meditation

Those are all good ones. I find being in the forest helps the most especially where it's quiet. It's easier to feel and remember my worth and feel wonder and gratitude for all I have. đź’•
