I find that you will probably wind yourself up more keep moving her every time you catch it as long as she is putting herself in the position she’s fine. Just everytime you feed or change her just put her in normally all 3 of my older boys did this (youngest only a week old). I would honestly not worry as long as her crib is completely clear then she has nothing to suffocate herself on. There’s so much pressure to keep them foot to foot in they’re crib and 99% of the time the babies don’t want that and will move out of that position xx
Yup, there is a reason that safe sleep conditions are so specific and why nothing should be in the crib with them. They're active little movers. 😆
Haha thanks all! I took her out her swaddle tonight to see if that would make any difference / make it safer but nope 🤣 yes crib is clear and as long as she’s happy and sleeping I am! Funny that she is the perfect length to fit in horizontally though- it did give me a jump scare when I first woke up!
Yes my baby is the same she’s 3months shes just a move everywhere around the bed kinda baby like her dad but she’s fine and safe I don’t keep anything in the cot with her so she’s safe 🤣🙂
I was so paranoid I was picking her up and putting her back the wrong way in my sleep so glad I caught it on the monitor and you have similar experiences!
It’s totally normal and it doesn’t stop, the positions I see my 14 month old son in on the monitor now I think to myself, “Well, THAT can’t be comfortable.” But if they’re happy and asleep, leave them to it. At 6 weeks old she won’t necessarily wake when you move her but eventually she will so I suggest only moving her if she’s gotten herself in an objectively dangerous position, otherwise leave her alone.
My little boy is 17 months and still never stays still in his sleep and was like this as a little baby too. He often just sleeps folded in half🤣 for a while I’d always go in and move him but eventually it was waking him up, very strange but he’s comfy🤷♀️
Mine doesn’t do this in the next to me but does on her playmat during the day
lol babies are so funny and cute but they all do that I remember witnessing my baby sister fighting in her sleep changing her position to get comfortable nonstop
