I'm the opposite 😅 I make sure to have curtains open and lots of background noises for daytime naps. We tend to switch between contact naps and pram naps. If I put him down to sleep during the day, I don't swaddle unless I'll be showering or something. Not really a routine but I'm trying to Foster the idea that he should be able to nap anywhere as long as he's sleep
Starting to see a pattern of about 4 naps ranging from 45-2.5 hrs length. Usually about an hr awake time before first nap and about 2.5 hrs awake time after last nap and before bed - it still does vary though. We do lots of carrier and contact naps but now trying once a day to put her down for a nap as well - she’s become happier about this now and will fall asleep with the dummy and a bit of bottom patting. Our night sleep is very inconsistent and not great at all!
I would put baby down in the day for a nap in a dark room, white noise on, swaddled or in a sleep sack, or whatever you do in the night, this could help x
