Workout

So I did a 20 minute postpartum workout today as baby is 3 months so thought it’s time to start. It’s actually killed me off 😂🙈anyone else struggling with working out/ how often are you doing it because I’m thinking 20 minutes every evening but I don’t know how realistic that is considering how much I’m struggling now x

Maybe every other evening to begin with? I went back to netball after 3 weeks this time and I play 2-3 times a week. And I 10-15min workouts on the days I don’t play netball xx

I’m doing 3 exercise classes a week and then trying to get out for a walk on the other days. The first week absolutely killed me off, but it’s slowly getting easier.

I just go on walks atm, not even necessarily long ones maybe 30mins/1hour but am desperate to get to a class I just don’t have the energy as they are on at 8pm and I’d rather get ready for bed 😂

I’ve been managing walks most days if I can!!! But haven’t managed any classes yet- desperate to get back to swimming but feels like there’s no time to fit it in!🤣🙈xx

@molly we’ve had to plan out our entire week by the hour to try and fit any exercise it, it’s like a military operation 😂

@Emily I love that! Think we might have to start doing the same🤣 would love to get back to a bit of a routine- always so hard to squeeze in everything! X
