Sharp stomach pain

Hi, l am 30 weeks and 5 days and the last two days l am experiencing sharp stomach pain. I went to triage but they couldn't really suggest why l get this pain. They recommended to take paracetamol for 3 to 4 days and if l have more symptoms or the pain does not pass to visit them again. Fortunately, the baby looks fine after monitor the heartbeat but l do worry. Has anyone experienced this before?
