Watermelon is another good one for hydration instead of coconut water, or electrolytes can help. I genuinely find if I don't eat 5/6 smaller meals a day, everyday my supply almost immediately drops!

I had a low supply with my first, but this was due to me not eating enough and not eating enough protein, which I've found makrs a real difference a second and third time around! Also I've found coconut water and drinking at least 3.5L of water a day helps. This may not be a cure for you but it helped me x
