Takes 1 hour to fall asleep

Anyone else in my shoes. My baby breastfeeds for half an hour doesn’t fall asleep and then moves around in the bed just doesn’t sleep for an hour. She was a great with breastfeeding and sleeping before. Now suddenly there is this change. Don’t know what to do 😳
