Looking for my people (hopefully near Anchorage, AK)

Looking for a community of gals near the Anchorage, AK USA area. Must not smoke, nor do drugs etc. I don’t know where to go to in order to meet these types of people, as nearly 90% of Americans now smoke pot and I don’t want to be around that (and can’t due to my health issues).
