First birthday presents for girls

What is everyone planning on getting their littles one for their birthday? I also have a 2.5 year old so still have many of his toys that are still in great condition so feeling like we already have everything I would have thought to have buy her. I know she won’t remember it but I will and I’ll feel awful that my eldest had all these lovely things and she had next to nothing 😩

Day out to the aquarium or zoo

Personalised Toy box

Baby clothes blanket, we probably going to do a day trip or 2 (they won’t remember the trip but would love looking at photos of it when they are older), personalised eating set (cutlery, plates and bowls and cups) It’s not that much but it’s mostly for us to celebrate. These kinds of things will be stuff that she could keep and maybe even one day hand down.

We are going to do a day out for his first birthday to aquarium as he won't remember but he will have a great day and we will remember it more.

Thanks everyone. We’ve got a little garden party planned with family and will probably do a day trip out for her actual birthday as we took our eldest to the sealife centre on his first birthday. I think I’m definitely going to have a look for some personalised bits/keepsakes. I’ve just been feeling guilty that my eldest had all these lovely new things of his own growing up and my youngest is just having hand-me-downs albeit great hand-me-downs. Deep down, i know I’m being silly but mom guilt is playing on me.
