pump recommendations?

I've used the Medela pump in my hospital, the hands free version and the medela swing. I think they are brilliant! I also recommend doing a measurement to make sure you have the correct flange size as it makes a big difference! Also learned that coconut oil really helps with friction and hence better yield!

I use the Medela Swimg and used a Medela in hospital and I like them!

I've not used the medela fox. But I used the mains powered one in hospital and I have the medella freestyle and would highly recommend them as a brand they've been really good and their customer service is amazing

Consider what bottles you’re planning on using some of them work better with other pumps

I chose the zomee z2, and I really like it! Though I did also get myself a hands free pump after I had my baby, because it’s super hard to tend to my baby with a huge pump hanging off of me😭. I typically will use my zomee when my fiancé is home, because he can take care of baby while I’m pumping, and when he’s at work I pump hands free. So I think it depends on whether or not you want to exclusively breastfeed your baby, and pump on the side, or if you want to exclusively pump.
