Screaming baby

I CAN'T with the screaming. My 6 month old always wants to be held. He won't take naps in his playpen, and even dancing fruit doesn't keep him at bay for long. I'm overstimulated all the time, and I love my son a lot, but I miss peace, quiet, and even having time to get chores done 😭😭😭

Heya! Dancing fruit can be overstimulating for little kids, making them fussier. What gets my baby to calm down is medium to loudish sound white noise. But there may also be other factors going on making him fussy! At this age, he's more than likely teething. I'm sorry you're going through this, my girl has been the same for a bit but when she started crawling it gave her a whole new thing to fixate on lol. Maybe try giving him new things to do as well! New sounds, toys, shows, textures, etc.

Do you have a ceiling fan? If not YouTube one.. sometimes it puts them in a trance. Dancing fruit might be too stimulating for LO too..

dancing fruit is not actually good for babies, screen time under 2 isn't good for them and can be over stimulating. try white noise, dark room. driving around is helpful. make sure there's nothing else like an ear infection going on.

Agree with Dancing Fruit, it’s overstimulation for the baby. What works for our baby is The Happy Song by Imogen Heap! It calms down our baby and relaxes him. I play only the song without showing him the video.

Try reggae. My baby loves it. I think they also have instrumental calm version. Try also rotating his toys to keep him more interested
