For me the OLLY brand ones worked great! They’re specifically for sensitive stomachs and I think they taste pretty good too. Like candy
i don’t like the taste of the smarty pants gummies but i hate most gummy vitamin flavors so idk if my opinion is that helpful lol
I used those when I was pregnant and didn’t have a problem with them but I also didn’t make it past my second trimester. I’m taking store brand ones now but just started taking them so don’t have an opinion yet
@MIA❤️🔥 every opinion is helpful! I’d rather know it most likely isn’t good before wasting money on something. Thank you 😊
@Iris thank you I haven’t heard of that brand I’ll check it out😊
@Adriana thank you 😊 love orange so these might be a good option
Pills are generally best because you can take it with juice and the taste won’t linger in your mouth. It’s also recommended to take them at night when you have a full belly from the day and can sleep away potential nausea. Pills also have better nutritional content without unnecessary additives. I’ve been taking prenatals for 3 years and counting thanks to being pregnant twice and nursing. While I’ve learned to stay away from Target’s Up & Up brand, I’ve had success with: 1. One a Day Prenatal Advanced with Choline 2. Garden of Life Prenatal Multi + DHA 3. MegaFood Baby & Me 2 Prenatal Multi I highly recommend any of the 3 above. If you don’t have success with any prenatals, the least you could do is take Flintstone Chewables (the ones without artificial dyes), according to my OB.
Ritual prenatal vitamins are the best they have the citrus and mint you can choose from not strong at all and easy to keep down they help with stomach too
Yessss I doooo I was told to take folic acid since I’m having a hard time taking them
I tried the fruity smarty pants gummies in my first trimester and i couldnt stomach them. They were way too flavorful and sweet in tge worst way to me. Ive never seen those kind though. I ended up loving the Mary Ruth's strawberry gummy prenatal
Nature made prenatal
I took the pill so it was easier because my sense of smell was horrible when I was pregnant with my daughter
