How many baths do u moms give ur child a day

I usually give my son a bath right before bed 🛌 to help him rest at night ,however if my son has a accident during the day or spills juice on himself or plays in the parks and get messy I will give him a quick bath during the day before he takes a nap 💤 what about u moms ?? I no baths help the babies sleep better for sure and warm milk before bed .

With 4 boys, I can't seem to find the time to take him a bath daily. I do agree that it helps them sleep better though. If he has an accident I definitely take him a bath. I take mine a bath every other day

Depends on their age. My kiddos started out with 2 baths a week, so their skin didn't dry out. Then moved to nightly baths, with soap every other day. We still do that. They only get bathed before bedtime if there is a major blowout (pee or poop) vomit, or we play in the mud/yogurt. They are 3 and 4.5 now.

My boys never really associated bath with sleep. In winter we do almost every 3 days. Unless they really need it. Then during summer every other day or when needed. Every night to me feels like it will dry their skin out and it’s also time consuming I’m with them all day and it takes a lot of time and effort to bathe them. Sometimes I also throw them in the shower with me that’s the easiest for me.

I only bath him a couple times a week! He’s still a baby though

One I don't worry about it too much boy children suck at being clean I wash their hands 25000 times a day but they'd have to live in the bathtub to stay picture perfect I keep seeing more greys in my hair every day and I blame their wildness lol

Depends on the age. My son is almost 9 months, and we just went from 2 baths to 3 baths a week because he's now crawling and walking everywhere (unless he gets really messy or if he has a messy diaper explosion). For us, that works because 1: baths make him playful and excited because it reminds him of swimming class, and 2) his skin is sensitive like mine with eczema and reacts poorly to water. When he was younger, my MIL wanted to bathe him everyday (cultural thing) but 1, it's generally not good for their skin and 2 in our case it's especially bad.

We do MWF for baths and he’s a year

I have 2 girls - 2 and 5. They get a bath every 2nd/3rd night unless they get super filthy

@Vianney yes that’s what I did all The time I actually give my son a bath every other day as well unless he gets extremely messy through the day which he’s starting to do now since he’s almost 2 he’s busy I feel u girl

@Katrina yes makes since cause that’s a lot if work bathing 2-3 times a day is crazy lol

@Ryann love ur weekly routine that’s nice how u do beginning mid week and weekend baths good job 👏🏾

@Donna good job when my son was a baby baby I also gave him a wash up or a bath every once in awhile thier too little

Can honestly say I’ve never bathed my 3 year old more than once per day. We don’t even do daily unless necessary.

My 16 month old gets baths every 2-3 days before bed, with regular spot cleanings. His skin dries out if we bathe him too often, and for now he's clean enough. Probably will have to increase those over summer as he sweats and gets into mud and dirt when he's at the park etc, but that's our schedule for now

@Tagmayne sounds about right to me yes in the summer we definitely have to give baths jus a bit more often ur right the heat causes sweat more often

@GMF definitely understand unless IT’s necessary

@Jo lmfao slow down with the grey hairs I definitely can relate to u girl because that’s my life my son always gets right back sorry after cleaning his hands and clothes daily lol he’s into everything lol

@Kai ur preparing him getting him a head start good job

@Kayla same I definitely follow this same agenda night baths are the best because they play more more active and jus ready for bed gives them relaxation my son loves baths he enjoys it

@Candace Marshall with swimming? Yes, we wanted him to learn as early as possible for safety. He's been swimming since he was about 3 months, he's almost 9 months now. Obviously he doesn't swim alone, I'm in with him but he's gone underwater, knows how to hold his breath underwater, and is learning safety skills like holding the pool wall

@Isabella I like the every other night sounds good I also have my son baths every 2-3 days in the winter so cold I didn’t want him catching a cold from drafts in the house I use dove 🕊️ baby oil it’s all Natural products works so good on my sons skin keeps his skin hydrated try it at target yellow bottle

Not necessarily bath but he has a shower every single day after school/ before bed. In the morning I wash him at the sink. Every week he has a bath with his toys

@Farah that’s good I use to do the same thing with my baby wash him in the sink even still now I do that sometimes when I’m jus trynna freshen him up . Yes good job momma

My kids get a bath nightly most days. If not a tub bath then at least a wash up in the sink if it’s been a lazy day inside.

My daughter is 2 next month and does a bath T, TH, Saturday (hair wash day) over the summer she gets a bath almost every night because we spend a lot of days outside or in the pool

1

When she was a baby 0-1, never more. Dries the skin out.

@Candace Marshall just wondering do U also take a bath after becoming wet from Ur sons shower....I have a child and whenever I give her shower I then take a bath as well...which makes it pretty hard to give multiple showers in a day

I just wipe down if they get messy in the day and do baths a 2-3 times a week

My son has bad excema so he’s not bathed ever day. If he has mess and he has to bathe , then I will. But besides that like 2 nights week. It just depends on how his skin is looking.

2-3 times a week unless he gets messy then he will get an extra bath. Sometimes he asks for a playing bath and he just takes toys in and splashes a round a lot
