How old is he? And have you tried upping the ounces?x

How many oz is he having and how frequently, and how old is he? Is he also having solids included in his diet, I’ve always been told, milk before food as food is for learning at under one, so they need nutrients from milk more, maybe offer a bottle an hour before meal times. If his been prescribed this milk then the doctors will have to keep up with baby’s demand of how much he is drinking, and express that to them as you shouldn’t be looking for other solutions when that’s his main source of nutrition x

We find nutramigen the same so watery started adding carobel to it x

There is milk thickener you could request from doctors also I’m sure x

@Julia he just over 2 weeks old yeah I haven’t any he can drink extra 3 oz and still hungry.

@Sandra Sadly I don’t think there is anything else you can give him to keep him full apart from offering extra ounces or try carobel thickener but that’s usually given for reflux x

@Sandra So giving him 3 oz "extra" is not ok as that is too much. A ton of people confuse overfeeding cries with hunger cries and that's exactly what you're doing is over feeding him. A 2 week old only needs 1-1.5oz
