Struggling with mental health

I cry everyday. I do therapy every week, but still, I don't feel it is helping. I am mostly ok in the mornings but when the day starts getting to an end I start getting exhausted and cry a lot. Specially on Sundays as I know my husband will be back at work on Monday and I will be on my own. My husband has a very demanding job and comes home late, he is also struggling as he wants to spend more time with our baby but there is nothing we can do about as we rely exclusively on his income. Our baby is 3 months old. We both don't have any family in this country so, no one to help us. I really don't know what to do and I feel I am falling apart

Show your support

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. Having babies is hard, especially when you don't have that local support network. Have a look and see if there's a local IAPT service for talking therapies, you can self refer. You could also try talking to the local health visiting team as they should have some advice for you also You could also take a look at https://www.home-start.org.uk/ . They're a charity that supports families and may be able to help if there's one in your area. Please don't suffer alone! There's lots of help and support out there.

Feel free to message me as and when you need to. Sometimes it helps to have someone to chat to when it's getting tough. It'd be nice to know more about you and offer support (plus you can listen to me rant as well!) Hang in there mama. This journey can be rough and you're already doing brilliantly.

I am sorry you are suffering this. Please message me and we can have chats anytime you need and cry together if needed, you will see that soon this phase will be overcome.đź’•
