Try drinking very cold water and walking for 15 mins
if you’re nervous it doesn’t hurt to call!! my baby went through phases of not moving. if you have a sugary drink or some candy-eat some of that then lay down and really focus on movements.
@Britney thank you, I will try that then If not I will ring. Just find it a nightmare to get through to the emergency maternity number. Tried on 3 different occasions and never answer the phone and resulted in ringing 111 x

@Noel thank you, I have been drinking a sugary drink, I hope I feel him soon so I can put my mind at rest even so I will ring if not and possibly still ring tomorrow just to be safe.

@Noel yes he has been kicking away today most of the day and he started to kick last night around 1am. I was told to wait and monitor see whether he kicks and if he hasn’t by today need to go in. He must have been tired last night and the day before 💗😂🤦🏼♀️
yay!! i am glad to hear!! 🩵🩵 i sometimes do the same thing and also start to stress abt the lack of kicks then baby is like okay ill just not move then. then when i stop thinking abt it he is very active!!
Any unusual pattern of non movement is worth checking! I remember I did have days where I didn’t feel her as much but always made sure I felt her a few times atleast. If you’re worried I’d defo ring triage and explain, it’s better to be safe than sorry! I also had anterior placenta but never had problems feeling her moving. I used to just lay in a quiet room and drink cold water and that used to help kick start some movement x
