Traveling with Twins – Time Zones & Sleep Help Needed!

Hey mamas, I could really use your advice! We’ll be traveling soon with our twins, who will be 6.5 months old at the time, and will have 3 hours difference. I’m a bit torn—should I try to keep them on our home schedule to make the adjustment back easier? Or should I shift them to the local time while we’re there? Any tips or experiences would be super helpful—I'm feeling a little lost navigating this! Bonus question: How do you handle sleeping arrangements when traveling with twins? Thanks in advance!

We got the Joovy Room 2 and take it with us everywhere. They sleep there, and play there. I feel like traveling wise, I'd suggest just going with the flow. My twins aren't on an exact schedule but they do when it's bed time and they tell us when they need to nap. If you have a schedule, maybe being slightly flexible since there will be a time adjustment. Pushing it slightly later then putting it back to normal when back home. I hope that helps a little!
