After I had a MC I had 6 weeks until my next period but I was tracking my ovulation so I know when it happened. That was quite a late stage miscarriage though (13 weeks) Dates wise it sounds like your ovulation was pretty quick off the mark so likely they will count from when your bleeding stopped. It all a bit irrelevant though. They will be able to date a lot more accurately at the 12 week scan - which in reality can be done properly any time between 10-14 weeks
I tracked my ovulation so knew it was within a few days and was only a day out (also had no period between my mc and conception) had an early scan to check my dates as well. The midwife found it a little difficult to figure out so I sent her a text after our private scan to let her know x
They took it from the first day of my bleed. Sadly I miscarried again so never got to figure out how far I ever was but they can re calculate at 12 week scan x

They will likely do it from the day your bleeding stopped and then send you for a scan to confirm, this is what they did with me when I wasn’t sure how far along I was! Congratulations 🥰
