When my son was crawling we got baby knee pads off Amazon. They were useless and he hated them lol. We just always kept pants on him. He has been walking for 2 months now. That boy is covered in bumps, bruises, little scratches lol. Find a new one everyday from him trying to nose drive off everything in the house and outside lol

Keep pants on

I keep pants on mine, but it doesn't stop the bruises and scratches. We're raising tough men not pansies. Lil Bruisers is what I say 💚

Pants or a play mat where they can crawl freely instead of on the carpet. Small scrapes and bruises are gonna be pretty normal for any child for a while, once they get older I ask where they got it but it’s usually from playing or falling while playing or something silly, I bruise easily myself but i definitely keep an eye on when they appear as well

I tried knee pads and everything but nothing stopped the bruises. I joke that my kids got perma-bruised knees. But he also just runs into things and flings himself over and just drops himself onto the ground. My boy leads with his head. He goes headfirst into everything.
