doctor told us to use this, i have a prep machine can i use? if not how do you guys do feeds as it says boil kettle and wait for 30 mins. can i do fridge method? any advice will be amazing

We use this - for reference the 30 mins is max time to leave water before using it I think. So just use straight away. We put half boiling water in (straight out kettle after boiling). Then total amount power. Mix. Then add other half cold water.

I use my prep machine for this milk and have no issues. I think mostly all milks say to boil kettle and wait. So just use your usual method
