@Ashley thank you! Yeah I was not happy he didn’t tell me ! I plan to do more baby proofing. One of our other kids left the baby gate open on accident. So we had things in place to prevent this but they failed I guess. Definitely adding more!
He needs to tell you immediately because you need to be able to have the information to be able to keep your daughter safe. My daughter fell down a two or three steps a few months ago and I immediately interrupted my husband’s work meeting and told him what happened, how baby reacted, we inspected her together and we were able to make a decision on what to do.
Oh, I'd have absolutely lost it. 😭 I would use this time to go over everything in the house for baby proofing. And discussing how incidents like this need to be handled, such as notifying each other immediately, as well as going to the ER immediately after a situation like that. Something very serious could have happened, and waiting over 3hrs after a fall like that is wild. I'm so, so glad she is okay!
