It's just so tough isn't it! I feel even worse because she is taking all my physical and mental energy, I just have no time for my other children. I just hope she calms down soon. I don't think there is much we can do about it but at least we know it won't last as they are still so young and are adjusting to everything...8 weeks has felt like a lifetime though 😂🥴
Yes, i keep reading its normal but its hard to believe.
That must be so hard with other children. Does she have small breaks from the fussiness or full on all day?
We do get breaks because she falls asleep for stretches. But pretty much the whole time she is awake she is crying
Yes, yes, yes!! Thank you for being so raw and honest too, the amount of people I’ve approached saying similar who have newborns and they tell me how easy it is, I’m sooo sick of hearing it! My little boy is nearly 10 weeks old, I have tried so many different formulas (even comfort options) None have really helped He was tongue tied, but that has since re attached, I’m currently seeing an Ostiopath who is amazing!! But since he has had his injections last week, I feel like we have just gone backwards again! GP just told me it’s colic and he will grow out of it, hate that! When!? It’s so awful for both us and the babies being so upset. Currently walking round the house with him in a carrier to try and soothe him just a tiny bit … I’m sorry you’re also going through this, I really feel your pain and hope knowing I’m also going through the same thing gives you some reassurance that it’s not just you! I really hope things improve for you x
