Pelvic Pain

Please tell me someone has found a remedy for reducing/eliminating the pelvic pain. I don't think I can take much more. I have a bunch to do and I can barely move let alone walk.

I’m trying to see if pregnancy tea or eating some fruit would work I’m not trying to wait till 36 weeks. 😭

Take both of your fists side by side and put them between your knees and use your thighs to squeeze them

I made a post a while back about having such bad pelvis pain. How long have you had it for?

@Melissa oh it seems like forever. At least since 26 weeks and I'm almost 32 now.

Mine got really bad around 28 weeks. It subsided from REALLY F’ING bad to just there and existing. I almost looked into a chiropractor as ive heard many people recommend them. Haven’t ruled that out yet. But ultimately im unsure of what to do as my doctor just tells me its normal. I tried exercising but i was in so much pain that i simply couldn’t. This week i can walk/exercise. Next week, subject to change 😅 good luck girl! People forget to mention some stuff about pregnancy, like the nitty gritty pains. Most block it all out and speak the positive wonders of babies and pregnancy lol.

I got a pregnancy belt and it helps a bit I was literally walking hunched over and taking baby steps cause I was in so much pain I was crying my ob suggested the belt and it’s not as bad as before I notice if I walk a lot it will flair up and once I take off the belt it’s over I feel pain and pressure almost instantly but again hasn’t been as bad since I got the belt

With Adriana, using a belly support belt has helped tremendously even when just wearing at home. Makes a big difference on any day I don’t wear it. I wish I remembered where I came across this site and was sent free compression socks and the Motif medical support belt for free, it could have been through What to Expect app.
