I second what Paige said. If you haven’t already then try the next size teat. I found this with my little girl and she now drinks her bottle in about 15 mins x
My son was the exact same until I changed the teat size x
Size up on the teat. Advice is if it's taking longer than 20-30 mins they may need a bigger teat size as they get frustrated and bored/tired of it. X

Have you tried a different size teat? Maybe it's taking him too long because the teat is smaller so the milk flow would be slower? First time mum to be here but have worked in childcare for 10 years, not a lot of help but just what I can think of X
