I woke up to spotting when I went to the bathroom then went back to the bathroom again and it was gone? I felt like I was going to start my period, my boobs hurt, I’m cramping but yet nothing. What could that be? Does anyone happen to know?

Happens to me sometimes, then my period starts few days late. Boobs hurting cramping is normal before period, if you think you can possibly be pregnant then better to wait 1 week after your period is late and do a pregnancy test.
I’ve had those symptoms usually before a period. The implantation bleeding happened this pregnancy but I don’t think I noticed cramping tbh
This is how I knew I was pregnant, I was also moodier than usual and my feet were super cold.
