Any ideas on this?

My son has been to the doctors twice in the last 2 months about his ears. He keeps putting his finger inside and is doing this head bobbing thing on the video like it's hurting him. The head thing isn't all the time just sometimes. Each time the nurse has looked in them and said they are fine

Could be teething pain? Sometimes that can radiate through the jaw and into the ears

I've had a check and there doesn't seem to be anything near the gums and he normally would cry and try and run off when I brush that part of the mouth when he is getting a tooth

It seems to be a sudden pain though. I was only videoing this, because he kept looking at me with a big smile, thought that's cute ill video it and then I got that for the video haha

@Kate I was thinking this too. My little one is teething and putting her fingers in her ears a lot. She was doing it quite a bit before her tooth actually cut through so could still be that hun

My niece always used to put her finger in her ear when she was tired… was a sign that she was ready for her nap xx

Mine is 1 he’s doin same in fact he’s rubbing every loud noise thing to ear like toys but he’s teething as well

My son does this still too (19 month in a couple days) but also covers both ears with his hands and was told it's due to teething
