Hello?

I just got back in seeing a psychiatrist and telehealth therapy. What ideas else should I look into how to handle my bpd? I been keeping myself busy taking care of my kids, when I'm free from mommy duties I play video games, watch tv shows and movies

Meditation 5 minutes most days, tapping (try tapping solutions app), and cardio. Walking outside trying to get 8k steps. Clean eating, low ultra processed and try for fiber. 4:6 or 4:8 breathing on the drive to daycare pickup. Just joined a gym for strength training. Gah it's so much work but also health and wellness has just become my hobby partially as a necessity. I have other things too if you want me to share.

@Sarah thank you for your ideas ^ I have been wanting to squeeze in yoga and workout then I forget to do those by procrastinating, not motivated or got into video games and studying to get my license again
