Yeah we get this. I think they do their best to report throughout the day but often it's once the children have gone home they get the time. I have my hands full with just my baby and often reply to things once my husband is home. So I can only imagine what it's like to have 3 babies to watch. Also, personal opinion, but I'd rather they be playing/caring with my lo than filling in a report.
My nursery used to do this and I think it was because of the app/system they used. As in it wasn't easy or possible to keep the logs live. We have a new app now and we now get live updates
@Sophie agree with you on the preference for playing with my baby rather than reporting. It's a shame if a chunk of the babies day is watching their key person be on a tablet or phone reporting things over being cared for or played with
