Mile circuit to induce labor

I’ve been doing the mile circuit sleeping position where you lay down with a couple pillows between your legs, since the beginning of my pregnancy, literally cant sleep any other way and im currently 40+3 days with no sign of labor. Has it worked for anybody?

What is the mile circuit?

I’ve never heard of this? Also curious 👀

https://www.milescircuit.com/the-circuit.html Movements do contribute to the onset of labour so the circuit is a lot about remaining active - sadly no way to guarantee anything though, baby will come when they’re ready!

Never heard of this but I’m 40+4 and am doing the fallowing Accupunture Massages Reflexology Sweeps Curb walking Yoga ball bouncing Desperately trying to avoid a booked induction at the weekend!

@Francesca what are the first three things?

The consultant told me that sex (the sperm in the cervix) is one of the better ways to try to and induce labour

@Aylool means to bring Labour on - Google it 👍🏻very effective

I did this daily the last few weeks of pregnancy. It did not do anything to induce labor but at 41 weeks I got a cervical gel put in and I think she was in the ideal position bc of the miles circuit and I had a very good first labor.

@Roz Is the cervical gel a form of induction or..?

I plan to start this weekend. There’s 3 exercises so maybe try the others!

@Aylool technically yes
