Ahh it’s a service you can access where they go through your notes, answer questions about your birth, labour etc! Why things happened / bridge any gaps in your memory etc. xx
@Hayley that's amazing, never heard of it, thank you x
I used birth after thoughts as I wanted get info about why I was induced and if anything could have prevented me from needing the emergency c section in the end. Also had questions around the c section as 5 months in I still have a hole that keeps reopening. The lady who did it was so lovely took her time explaining things when I asked. Ultimately not all of my questions were answered that I went in with but I came away with a better understanding of my birth. I gave some feedback about how I felt some information had been given to me at the time before my induction. Overall I found it positive. Xx
We did ours when my son was about 3/4 months. The best thing I could of done! I have pretty intense PPA and a really long and traumatic birth. There was so many things I couldn't remember that was really getting to me. The lady who did mine was amazing! Read through all my notes together and gave me advice on how a second pregnancy/birth would go etc. Really worth doing if you are considering it 👍
I did this and found it very helpful as I had a very blurry memory of everything!
Thank you so much ladies, I’m going to enquire for sure after hearing all your stories. Thank youb🥰🥰 xxx
I found it useful. I was in labour 3 days which resulted in an emergency c section. The spinal failed and I ended up getting knocked out with a general anaesthetic so it was all a blur 🤣
What is this? x
