@Kayla I asked my ob abt it at my apt last week and she was like “oh buffalo suggests that we don’t induce until 41 weeks” which like I don’t live in buffalo, my ob and hospital isn’t in buffalo and if this pregnancy was like my first one I wouldn’t care cause I was fine my whole pregnancy but this time around I am always sick, everything hurts, my baby moving around hurts like crazy, my hips are in pain when I sit or walk, and my back pops every time I take a step so I just need him out 😭😭
aww i’m so sorry. hopefully your doctor will listen. i feel like ive heard of doctors making those considerations. if you’re just wanting it done then im sure you’re willing to risk that the induction might take time. i can understand that. i was at risk of being in the hospital for Christmas but my first induction failed and they had me come back the next week which is when i originally wanted to be induced
I say let your body so it’s thing. I was induced early and it failed because my body wasn’t ready. had to come back the next week. i was 37 weeks so you’re probably much in a much better place to induce but still. your body knows its job and the holiday will be fine whether your home pre birth, post birth or still in the hospital getting ready to meet your baby. those moments will be what you remember ❤️
