I've had quite bad lower back & groin pain for the majority of my pregnancy and it has got worse now (I'm 38+2) I think we've just gotta suck it up as it's not long to go 🙈 turning over in bed has been and is the absolute worst!! 😂😭
I'm 38 + 4 too and massively struggling with this. Weirdly it isn't all day, everyday, it comes and goes but I've noticed it worst when I first stand up from sitting and when I walk (especially with a full bladder....which feels like all the time now!). I mentioned it to my midwife last week and she said it sounds like the pelvis softened and moving in preparation for birth and unfortunately there's not much they can do for the pain. Just have to rest as much as possible. I have a 2 year old so there hasn't been much chance of that!
I have that and was told it’s SPD I was given painkillers and told to suck it up basically 🫣😂 some days are manageable some I can barely move without being in pain one day I swore I was actually in labour but I sadly was not 😂 if it is SPD the dr told me it’s a “shitty condition” I ordered a support band off amazon a few weeks ago and I find that helps x
