Anyone else ?

Hey y'all. I haven't pooped the same since I found out I was pregnant. I hydrate as much as I can and try to eat the foods good for digestion but geez louis all I get is pebbles . I'm happy that I'm not super constipated but when will a "normal" poop happen . 🐍

Constipation is normal. At the end of pregnancy, you may start getting diarrhea, so choose your evil, haha

It's rough out there lol I go back and forth between the two extremes 😭

The same happened to me. It’s like I don’t release it all😅😅 I try to eat a lot of fruit and stay hydrated. I occasionally take psyllium husk tablets too. My nutritionist said it is safe to take it daily. I just take so many pills already that sometimes I don’t end up taking it

I take daily fiber gummies, something I learned from first pregnancy. Works wonders.

Use miralax! Doesn’t taste like anything and helps a ton!

I take daily miralax per my OB, definitely ask your OB and mention your constipation.
