Changing hospitals

Does anyone know (my midwife hasn’t replied she takes days lol) if I want to move hospitals which would be under a different trust, would i need to see a consultant again and get approved/sign my consent forms again for an elective section? I’m 38w+1 currently so running out of time but my hospital is apparently at capacity for c-sections so I’m getting a bit anxious
