Are your babies screaming for no reason?

My baby seems to scream nonstop and can be inconsolable. One minute he's fine and the next he starts screaming and won't stop. This can be during eating, diaper changes, or just random times. I've tried everything I can think of and don't know what to do. Advice?

They are likely teething and experiencing discomfort, teething is a slow drawn out process. If I notice they are fussier than normal I usually give him a little bit of Tylenol to ease the discomfort, also they could be tired if they aren’t sleeping well.

Definitely not sleeping well. He will wake up screaming in the middle of the night but still seems to be asleep. I'll change his diaper and he'll nurse until he falls asleep again. I'm sure he's teething but I've never been around a baby that had it this bad. I'm using camilia drops, rollers, frozen breastmilk Popsicles, and cold teethers. Nothing seems to work. I will use Tylenol if it gets really bad, but I don't want to use it too much.

YES

YESSSSS. It’s so embarrassing when we’re in public lol. I was starting to get concerned but it looks like I’m not alone in this.
