Cybex cloud t and sirona t. Make sure you're removing inserts when needed (if still have any) and adjusting the head rest regularly, makes a real difference
We had a maxi cosi cabrio fix for our eldest but he quickly outgrew it and is now in the osann one 360 which we love, he was much happier in the osann! Using the maxi cosi for the baby at the mo but will be upgrading him
Britax baby safe core and my baby loves it . Provides such an upright position for her too as she likes being sat up also .

My baby also had a period when he hated the car seat but he outgrew it now. I was doing short trips and made sure it’s adjusted for his height, playing nursery rhymes at home and then in the car. Car seat toys and a chewable toy helped. I thought at that time it’s the car seat, but wasn’t the case (Cybex cloud T) If it doesn’t improve worth considering a convertible car seat indeed maybe it will help 🤞
I currently have the cybex cloud T but my mam has just got the joie I-spin XL and my baby seems to be happy in both
