Yep I get to 3ish and my brain switches off at work and all I can think about is not being comfy, wanting to get up and walk about and just wanting to leave 🫣 I have started leaving the easy jobs I don’t have to think hard about till that time 🤣 count down to maternity leave is definitely on!

I have this! The sleeping is awful and I’m always just so exhausted so I understand! The heat at the minute is making it worse!

I had this too and although my iron levels were in the normal range (lower end of the range though) my GP prescribed me some iron tablets which I take once a day in the morning now and they’ve made a huge difference for my energy levels!
I’m feeling exactly the same!! My sleep at night is terrible so by the afternoon I’m absolutely shattered!! Just trying to push on through the day xx
Having the exact same!! My ferritin levels were 12 so think I’m still getting my iron back on track as well, but really wish I could have a post lunch nap at work 😂 7:30am-6pm is tooo long!
I don’t have the answer but I have the EXACT same thing! Really struggling to function after lunch and still have 6 weeks of work to go 😖 how do people do this!
