Hey guys! Hope everyone’s doing well!
So I went to my 20 week scan on Monday and forgot to ask where my placenta was placed as I haven’t really felt baby moving yet I mean I have a few times but not as much as I think I should be feeling now for my 3rd baby! I’ve seen a lot of women on here say they haven’t felt their baby moving as much due to have an anterior placenta. I have just checked my letter from the scan and it says my placenta is “high anterior” so would this explain why I’m not feeling baby moving that much? Also I’m 22+weeks

It should say on the report you get after the scan? Well mine does x
@Elizabeth no I’m not on badger I’m on mychart, it just said high anterior on the report from my 20 week scan x
@Sophie yeah mine just said high anterior so was wondering is that the reason for not feeling baby moving that much x
That sounds like anterior placenta so at the front. You should be able to ring your midwife to confirm though 🥰 x
