@Katie the trust i was with for my baby has an online portal you can register to and request access to your health records, i did mine through there
Requested mine through PALS who signposted me to information governance team, I had to send a few ID documents and then was sent my notes fairly quickly!
Once I sent the forms and my ID and they said they have processed my request it took about a week max. But be prepared for a lot of paper!
@Katie if you go type your nhs trust name and medical records at the end on Google it should come up x
Thank you. I live out of area so between trusts. I think I'm going to call the maternity unit at the hospital and ask for a birth debrief, may be an easier way to get the information I need
i requested mine, took 10 days for them to send to me
