Combined Screening Results

Question about how/when we receive the results for the combined screening tests done at 12 weeks. My son was born at a different hospital to the one I will give birth at with baby number 2 and they obviously do things differently. With my son, I had bloods taken a few days before my 12 week scan and so they combined the results with the scan and I got my combined screening results literally straight after the scan. With this baby, the bloods were taken after the scan and I just forgot to ask when and how I will receive the results? Do they come in the post, are they given at my 16 week midwife appt? Thank you
