Nausea/Headaches

When does it stooooop! Omg I’ve had this nagging migraine for two days now and Tylenol won’t fix it!!! They’ve given me an unlimited refill for zofran but it’s the headaches and heartburn that I’m suffering with the worst! This is my first pregnancy after having an ectopic one couple years back. So idk what I’m in for but someone tell me that it’s gonna get better 😫😫😫

I found that ice packs on the head helped with headaches when I was pregnant, worth a try? Or heavy eyemasks and a nap x

I’m in the same boat and it’s the worst.

Thank you, I’ll try the ice pack. A lot of ppl say it gets better in the second trimester but my god! Not to mention I can’t taste my food 🥴

maybe low on electrolytes?

I was experiencing headaches, too. It could be stress induced. Dehydration. Eye strain or the changes in hormones. Try drinking lots of water and doing some relaxation techniques too.

Can try magnesium for the headaches

I just turned the corner of 12 weeks and feel like someone flipped a switch. Iv been so tired and have had migraine after migraine… i have felt so great last two days! Hopefully something similar will happen for you.

The headaches can be related to dehydration as well when the acetaminophen isn’t working

I've been having headaches recently too. Honestly all my pregnancies have been so different, so it's hard to say but usually it gets better in second trimester. I do daily magnesium, electrolytes, and more water. Try that combo to see if it helps.
