Do I need mattress protector and sheets for pram?

Yes. So you can clean up dribble and sick easier without staining the mattress

I use a buggy protector & just double up the fitted pram sheets, so when there’s a leak or dribble just snap off the top sheet & have the bottom one ready 🫶🏻

i didn’t use ether and had no problems, i clean it regularly now because i have a toddler and crumbs follow him around lol. No wet accidents etc when he was little.

Deffo pram sheets at the minimum, and a protector is better to keep the mattress of the pram in a nice condition. Just reminded me I need to get some new ones 🤣 (got a 2 pack for £8.99 on amazon of the protectors)

I just used some muslin cloths with my 1st one, worked well.
