Getting on an exercise ball. Rocking/rolling your hips on it, drank raspberry leaf tea daily, curb walking, sex when I had the energy, and especially going up and down the stairs

Eating 7 dates a day

All of the above, plus the Miles circuit helped with my second.

My breasts would leak when I was pregnant so I pumped them with a breast pump and then I had contractions. And my baby came out 2 days later. I was 39 wks pregnant

But I heard it’s not always safe but I had a low risk pregnancy

I tried all of the above plus eating dates and was still induced. 🫠

Sex worked for me. 2 labours. But that was after a full day of walking/window shopping

Did anyone try raspberry leaf tea? How much did you drink? How long did it take to go into labor?

Resting worked for me 😭 I tried soo hard to get him out and the night I relaxed was when I went into labor

I ate Indian food and had my baby the next day but I was also actively having sex to induce lol

Okay for those of you who said sex. How much sex lol cause your girl here is SORE AF lmao and once a week is a dang struggle right now. Im like a 90 year old woman without a hip replacement that needs one.

I had sex like twice a day 😭😂

I was very determined to get this baby out because I was past my due date by 3 days so I’m big on the Indian food cause I was in labor that same night at 1am and ate it at 6pm

Tea and dates will not induce labor. They just prep the cervix for when you do go into labor. I’d say sex and pumping for sure. Especially pumping. Don’t do that unless you’re past your due date

I tried everything on my first and the only thing that worked was sex. Had sex and my waters broke early the next day!
