Waters breaking!!
Hi everyone! In a bit of a panic, me and my partner were having sex and I felt like a gush of liquid - unsure if it was my waters or not. Completely odourless and colourless, going to lie down for half an hour and see if anything happens/leaks when I stand up. Just come back from mac earlier, so unsure whether to contact them again now or wait until I’m definitely sure.

i’d contact them now if i were you, that gush definitely sounds like your waters and if your waters break it’s not recommended to have sex due to increase of infection, but because you were in the act there’s still a slim chance, so i’d call them now and say you were having sex and think your waters broke whilst having sex as you felt a gush of liquid etc xx
I was told in triage that if you have had sex the swab can give a false positive so they make you wait 24 hours for the swab to be done xx

Defo contact them after having a lay down, they’re able to a swab test to see if they have gone or not x
