Progestegon only contraception pills!!! Your experience!!

I haven't had any issues on this so. I haven't had any periods since using it just after 6 weeks post baby and she 9 months this week. No side effects for me either 😊

I've been on the contraception twice pre baby. 1st time was fantastic no side effects and my periods stopped. 2nd time I bled the whole time

I was on it for a few years. No issues. Don't get a period on it. I'm the opposite and can't have the combi as there's a history of blood clots in my family.

I was on it before my kids and back on it again now. It took me a little while to get used to not having a period and trusting that it was working when I first went on it. I did find that the generic ones made my really grumpy/short tempered, but the branded Cerelle didn’t … even though they’re the same drug.

I was on it before I got pregnant for about 4 years and was absolutely fine, I might have had the odd bleed but I am back on it now after having my baby (he's almost 1 years old) so I've been of it for 9 months and I am still bleeding, it's getting more irregular so I'm hoping I'll be back to no bleeding soon but I haven't had any bad side effects from it.

I was on it for years before having my first and had absolutely no issues. I went back on it when my baby was 2 months and hated it, I just bled the whole time. After 6 months I had the mirena coil fitted which did stop my periods. I went back on the mini pill after about 2 years as I had issues with the coil, and I had no problems this time round. Straight back to stopping my periods and had no side effects. I came off it in September to try for baby number 2 and fell pregnant straight away
