My son is 5 months old and in size 4 nappies but every poo seems to explode every time, is it time to size up again?

How much does he weigh? Do the tabs on the waist close really far out from the middle ie waist getting too small?
@Leonie yeah the tabs close quite far from the middle now but he’s always been constipated so I’m not used to the blow outs so wasn’t sure it’s a sign to size up😅
Try sizing up babygrows before sizing up the nappies. Worked for us. One of the Mums recommended it here.
