Baby 1 this month and tantrums

I know she's young still but the lip grabbing is getting out of hand, the tantrums are escalating and my God the rolling and escaping I'n nappy changes and getting dressed is another level. I know she's trying to express herself and communicate but it's getting a bit out of hand mainly the throwing herself back in our arms. Any advice

No advice sadly I'm with you on this mama, hang in there..I tend to distract her with toys or wipes packet or anything goes tbh and she calms down. When she's throwing herself back, I lay her on the bed or floor and let her regulate her emotions then give her a cuddle..usually works well 🙂

I've noticed if I give too much sugar. She acts up more. Plus try not react too much to her tantrums. With no reaction she'll possibly get bored and change behaviour

We switched to pull up nappies and standing changes and I dont get any changing resistance now. I pop a toy on a very stable coffee table and let him stand to play with it and do his pants whilst he's distracted x
